EURECAT

Eurecat is the main Research & Technology Organisation in Catalonia and the second largest private research organization in southern Europe. It brings together the experience of more than 705 professionals who generate an annual turnover of 55,8 million euros and provides services to more than 2,000 companies. Applied R&D, technological services, highly specialized training, technological consultancy or valorisation and exploitation of industrial property are some of the services that Eurecat offers for both large and small and medium-sized enterprises in all sectors. The technology centre participates in more than 200 large national and international consortium projects of high strategic R&I and has 181 patents and 9 spin-offs. The added value provided by Eurecat accelerates innovation, reduces spending on scientific and technological infrastructures, reduces risks and provides specialized knowledge tailored to each company. It has eleven centres in Catalonia (Spain) and one in Chile (Latam). Additionally, Eurecat is recognized by the European Commission as a KETs (Key Enabling Technologies) Technology Centre so it can partner with SMEs on close-to-market research and innovation activities.

EOI

EOI was founded on July 12, 1955 as a result of the agreement reached between the Ministries of Education and Industry, thus becoming the first business school in Spain and one of the first in Europe. In these more than 60 years we have contributed decisively to the modernization of the Spanish economy and industry and we have been the protagonists of some important milestones in the training of managers in Spain. This journey through the history of the country can be consulted in the book "EOI, 50 years of the avant-garde" and in the trilogy "The Great Journey" ( Energy, Tourism and Industry) that we published on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the School.

Damm

Estrella Damm is a lager beer brewed in Barcelona, Spain. It has existed since 1876, when August Küntzmann Damm founded his brewery in Barcelona, and is the flagship beer of S.A. Damm, a prominent brewery in the city. The brand is the oldest in Spain and the name Estrella means "star" in both Catalan and Spanish.

Connected DMV is an initiatives-based, charitable 501(c)(3) organization that works with regional organizations across Greater Washington to help drive ongoing improvements to social, digital, and physical infrastructure. Connected DMV focuses on initiatives that span local jurisdictions and require public-private-academia-community collaboration to best achieve the dual objectives of enduring economic health and social equity.

Checkerspot (Alameda, CA & Salt Lake City, UT) designs performance materials and ingredients at a molecular level. Checkerspot’s vertically integrated WING™ Platform optimizes microalgae to biomanufacture unique oils that are turned into new materials that demonstrate improved performance properties in targeted hardgoods, textiles, personal care, and food applications and products. Checkerspot's first commercialized materials are next generation polyurethanes and textile finishes designed to improve the performance of consumer products. Centre for Advanced 2D Materials and Graphene Research Centre

Established in 2010 within the National University of Singapore, the Graphene Research Centre (GRC) was created for the conception, characterization, theoretical modeling, and development of transformative technologies based on two-dimensional crystals, such as graphene. In 2014, the National Research Foundation (NRF) of Singapore has awarded NUS with a S$ 50 M grant over the next 10 years in order to support the operational costs of CA2DM’s labs and micro and nano-fabrication facility and the exploration, synthesis, and development of new devices based on two-dimensional (2D) materials of which graphene is the most famous.

CGIA

China Innovation Alliance of the Graphene Industry (CGIA) was established on 13th of July, 2013 with the support of the Chinese Government bodies including Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, National Development and Reform Commission, National Natural Science Foundation of China and other government institutions; and with the valued guidance of China Industry University Research Collaboration Association, and China Association of Technology Entrepreneurs. CGIA is one of the largest associations in China which focus on commercialization of the graphene technologies and market promotion.

Arevo

AREVO works with product makers to develop and manufacture new products with ultrastrong, lightweight continuous carbon fiber. Product development with carbon fiber has historically been expensive, due to required autoclave steps to achieve part strength and the need for hard tooling with long lead times, limiting product iteration and customization.
